Coach Zach is an educator by trade. He teaches 6th grade Math, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table when it comes to bike racing. He has been an athlete all his life.
Coach Zach races Cyclocross, Mountain Bike, and Road, and in only a few short years has quickly moved up to Cat 1 MTB, Cat 2 CX and Cat 3 road. Coach Zach is able to help break down the fundamentals of bike handling, training, and nutrition so that it’s easily understood of what’s expected and for an athlete to improve their overall performance. He understands that people have a life, but want to maximize the most out of the time available for family, work, and racing.
Coach Zach states “If you want true success, then you must live a balanced life. You first give to your family, and health. Give each one of these their undivided attention!” Zach, a husband and father of two, practices this philosophy while working as a full-time educator, coach and cycling competitively.

“Trixie” of GoatFit athletic training joined forces with us, and brings a wealth of knowledge with her. She is an experienced certified strength and conditioning coach who focuses more on movement and less on weights.
Trixie states, “There’s a time and place for power strength moves. For my athletes, it’s after we find weakness and form flaws and then fix them. If you teach an athlete balance, agility, proper form and function of their own body, the strength will follow.”
Trixie focuses on real world strength. Often the best athletes in the gym are not the best on the field, the track or the race course. We help build your body to function for your sport, and your lifestyle. Be your “Goat,” and be your greatest! You can learn more about Trixie at “www.beyourgoat.com.”
